I’ve found it’s much better to work on the floor to prevent bouncing bricks, so book out the school hall if you can or clear your classroom of desks. I admit to a rising sense of panic as I approached my first session: young children, small LEGO parts, computers and stuff that moves! However, we’ve been having a great time and thought I’d share some of the practises I’ve found necessary to manage these very active learning lessons.įirst of all, get organised before each session. Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 "Path"="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Scratch\\Plugin The registry key that needs to be created will look something like this and it will fix the problem entirely. In other words, mozilla firefox will only think that the plugin was installed for a single user, and not for all users on the machine. The current installer that you have will only create a registry file in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and not in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. The issue is in the fact that mozilla firefox recognizes only the plugins that it can find a reference to in its particular registry. This is in regards to the Lego WeDo plugin for scratch that works with Mozilla Firefox. The plugin only appeared to install for the user that initially ran the installer. We recently upgraded our environments to Windows 10 and quickly noticed an issue with the Lego WeDo 1.0 plugin. Reported issue & fix for it via freshdesk no.
